Get matched with top central a/c service or repairers in Addison, TX

"Outstanding service. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Explained everything step by step in great detail. Did not try to sell me any product or service I didn't need."

"Everything was done to perfection. I only have good things to say about the service!"

"We recently moved into a new home and our air conditioning stopped working. The previous owners had left us a list of subcontractors they have used in the past and Select a/c was on the list. We looked them up on Angie's list and gave them a call. They were able to come out the same day and fix the problem. Oscar was our technician and he was friendly, professional and did a great job! He worked very quickly! Before entering the house he offered to cover his shoes to protect our carpet. He was the first repairman in all of my years of owning a home who has offered to do this. I was so impressed!
Our unit is 16 years old and I have very basic knowledge of how it works. Someone could have easily walked in and told me we needed a new unit and I wouldn't have known any better.
It is refreshing to do business with such an honest company. When this unit wears out, we will be giving them a call.
I have programmed their number into my phone and will be referring them to all of my friends and family.

"Roman was a real professional and solved our AC emergency immediately. He came out literally within minutes of calling for service, and this was on a weekend too! I HIGHLY recommend RESCUE AIR for AC service and repair in DFW!!"

"These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"Did a very good job of cleaning out condensate lines. Very thorough and blew out the line several times to be sure. Arrived when they said they would. I thought the charge was a little expensive for the work performed. However, not having any other experiences with A/C repair, I don't have anything to base it on. I expected about a third less than he charged. But, I would rather have good dependable service than a shoddily done repair. Talked to them about some future business. Family-owned business who cares about their customers and the job they do."

"David was quick to respond and completed the repair to my AC quickly and professionally. I got same day service and I am cool again. Very good price to replace my capacitor. I highly recommend David and his company. He's honest, truthful and professional!"

"Never felt any pressure to buy a service or product I didn't need. They actually listened and spent time talking about options and a plan to get me through the summer and then discuss replacement options. I felt good about them from the very first call. That's how you do customer service!"

"I can't say enough good things about these guys! They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."
