"The overall installation went through eventually after delays a few times due to various reasons, materials, wrong measurement, insufficient tools, insufficient labor. The price and communication were good. The workmanship was poor.
A few sliding rails were broken. After the first one broken, I talked to Gregg to use attention. It did not work obviously. "The piece is not needed" was his reply.
When the frames were put back, corners of the windows were not well aligned. Forces instead of careful alignment were used, had I not watched over all the time.
Seals of frames were not as tight as original ones.
The white frames had some bad scratches during the installation.

"Branden knows what to do and explains all of your options clearly. He was able to complete all of our nagging issues within a couple hours. He added an outlet in a closet for charging our vacuum, added two new outlets in advance of our new cabinets, installed a fan-delier on our porch, plus fixed our 3-way and 4-way switches that weren't wired properly from a previous DIY project. He keeps a tidy work area and is easy to communicate with. Will definitely be hiring them again when we add closet lighting."

"It went great, as I said above.  The crew was on time, they worked fast and efficiently, they did every surface and missed nothing, they asked me what I did not want done or they would just do everything unless I requested them not to do something, and I did not want windows so i said not to do them, but this was my request not theirs.  I asked them not to use anything that smelled too strong and they complied, for my husband's problem with harsh smells, he hates them, and they had no problem with that.  They used vinegar and water on my floors per my request, and used my vinegar which was fine with me, Pine Sol would be too harsh for us, per my request, fine with them and fine with me.  They did everything I could have wanted them to do and worked very hard for 3 hours straight, 3 of them.  I was so impressed and pleased!  The house just shines, all 3300 square feet of it.
Now I know I need to have help every other week and I choose this company to do the job.  I can't imagine anyone saying one bad word about the company or the team I had come to my home today, they were excellent, professional, kind, funny, efficient, and just plain good people!  I enjoyed working near them and felt very comfortable leaving for a while when they worked.  I will be happy to have them come back time and again.  I hope others will find it in their hearts to tip generously because these guys sure earn it and deserve the extra!  What a great company and a great team.  So glad I found them on Angie's List.  A great source for finding a great company and great crew!!!!!!

"After getting a bid from Cady this summer, I hired them to do some work on my house (clean gutters, install gutter covers I'd purchased and fix a piece of siding). They agreed to do the work on September 10 at 1:00 p.m. They didn't show, and they didn't return my calls over the next couple of days. I felt they wasted my time. I gave them an F rating here and moved on to look for other handyman companies. Except that finding another company turned out to be easier said than done (the ones I contacted didn't serve my area or didn't want to do work on a 2-story house or were booked for months). A week later, my contact at Cady called to apologize. He said he'd gone out of town and the people back at the office dropped the ball. He offered to do the work for a reduced fee. I hadn't hired another company and was starting to wonder if I'd find one before winter, so I agreed to hire them. Two workers showed up as promised on September 21. They did a great job and were knowledgeable and personable. My husband and I were very happy with the work, and we would hire them again.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
