"During the initial appointment, the sales rep was a little too much over-the-top on the sales pitch, considering this was the first company we tried to get an estimate with. But I guess that is how construction sales are supposed to go. However, they made an offer we could not refuse and the quality of the product was highly desired. Scheduling the work was easy and fast. The roof and gutter replacement was done on 2 separate days. Friendly workers. One of the workers accidentally broke our lamppost light with a shingle, but I was able to find a replacement and get reimbursed very promptly. Overall, very impressed with the work. Would recommend them to others, indeed."

Of course, I had more gutters to clean then the discounted price allowed--not surprised, a lot of Angie's vendors do this, so I ended up paying an extra $100.

That being said, the work was professional, thorough, and was impressed with the finished product.  Kris was the person who performed the work and he communicated, was knowlegdable, and went the extra mile to assure that the gutters were cleaned.  He gives the company a good reputation and I appreciated his customer service.

"He was professional from start to finish. We had a few delays due to product needing to be ordered but he was on time when he said he would be at our house. Ben, the owner did a large portion of the work himself and that really pleased us that he was so involved. "After a bad storm caused a very large Maple tree to fall over on to the corner of our home and caused the whole corner of the roof and the siding to be damaged we needed a quick repair. Gabriel and Gail was the answer to our prayers! They came out and did the estimate, but because they are so talented when they came out to do the job it actually didn't cost as much as it could have. They repaired the roof the day after we accepted the estimate. We didn't have to be at home because it was outside. But they were on time. They were able to repair our gutter, and match the paint perfectly. They did the same with the siding! So no need to use a new piece. Today the house looks like nothing every happened. Wonderful company, fantastic job done. Very polite and professional.
