"Dealing with Colin was a major issue. Many of the boards used are cracked or split. During the placement of decking boards many are cut and spliced together when.could used a full board. Many of the cuts around poles are poorly completed. It took three times to finally pass inspection. I wouldn't recommend Colin nor better built for decking. Just look at few photos provided. Have many texts that shows the unprofessionalism of the company. Just very disappointed with the quality and the price but mostly the inconveniences."

He educated me about what to look for in windows as well as what set Home Improvement apart from other vendors. The in-home visit was followed by a trip to their showroom to see the full size window. Installation day was excellent. They arrived on time, started work promptly and completed the installation of three windows in a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and my pets. Their clean up was spot on both inside and outside. Owner Matt was on-site and available for most of the job. Follow up after the installation was excellent. I think one hallmark of an outstanding company is not only how well they do the work but also how well they respond to a problem. The windows were not only what we needed, but he also explained that the installers are also important. Gary has two men who are superb installers, Mike and Brian. The installers were doing a great job and if there was a problem, I did not hear about it because they were very professional. The windows went in, caulked, and neatly finished. We bought energy efficient, triple pane windows. Our new front door looks fantastic. A month later, we called Gary and had the last two doors replaced, garage and back entry door. We wanted everything as energy efficient as the other products in our home. They have matched the vinyl around the windows and it looks better than before. People on the street do not even know we had installed new windows; they look great! We never have to paint anymore outside. Everyone loves our new front door.
