"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"My partner and I just adopted an adorable puppy from an NYC shelter.  Despite our best efforts, our worst nightmare became a reailty when our 5-month-old pooch, Lincoln, decided he wanted to take a pee while he was on the sofa.  This was a brand new, very expensive, piece of furniture from Italy.  Lincoln is normally not allowed on the sofa but he started playing on it the moment I turned my back to wash some dishes.  I was devastated.  I tried all of the tricks online -- soak with water, warm water, distilled water, dish-washing soap, vinegar, and I even bought a number of very expensive urine cleaners from the pet store.  Nothing worked.  I called at least 10 upholstery cleaners in the area and all of them didn't even want to attempt to clean it after talking to me on the phone and said that urine stain removal is nearly impossible -- especially after a few days.  I was at my wits end, and mentally prepared myself to say goodbye to my brand new couch.  
Then, I called Ricardo.  He was honest -- and said the job wouldn't be easy but agreed to come take a look.  Less than 24 hours later, he was at my door with his steam cleaner.  He worked a MIRACLE that day.  The stain was completely gone and unrecognizable.  He cleaned the entire couch in a matter of an hour.  He was kind, courteous, on-time, professional, and most importantly he was successful.  I was so happy, I literally almost gave him a hug.  Lincoln is happy too -- because we forgave him and he's no longer in the doghouse. :-)

"Very nice young men. Overall windows were cleaned well. My only issue was that sills were also supposed to be cleaned at the same time and 4 out of 13 were not done. I didn't realize until they had left. I'd use them again but would be sure to inspect before they left."

"Bob came to inspect the floor before the job was to be done to make sure the wood floor could be done by this method. The wood floor was messed up where I had a wheeled desk chair.  Bob said it wouldn't be perfect but much better when the job was done which it was.  They were very accommodating as to when I would be available for them to come. After the floor was done I asked him about my bathroom floor tile grout.  Bob said he would do it as a courtesy but would have to come back which he did.  The tile floor grout  looked like it did when it was first installed.
