"Joe is great - showed up on time every day, was efficient and informative. He completed a re-pipe of our entire house, from polybutylene to PEX piping. Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". Joe shrugged it off like no big deal, but it was a big deal to us and we have commented on it a number of times since he left :) We will definitely hire Joe again for any future plumbing/repair needs and are very glad to have found him as a service provider."

Perfect. He then looked at the spigot on the porch and dismantled it and tried to loosen it. He offered that as a no cost option to a much bigger job. He told me to let him know if I decided later to go with the bigger job. The total cost for the visit and repairs was very reasonable. "Michael came out. He realized that the faucet would not fit our current set up, he removed the panel to the back of the shower and replaced the pipe. He installed the new faucet and diverter. The faucet looks good and works like it is supposed to. He also tested our water after hurricane Milton came through. Our water was fine. Overall we were very satisfied with this company and with Michael. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues."

"I already knew that we had a leak under the house and so I was able to give him specifics regarding the leak. He confirmed it and said that it was between two pipes where the leak was. He took photos of before the leak and after his repair. He was very courteous, on time, explained everything and could prove that he completed the job. I was very satisfied."
