"I had blockage in the pipes and prior to snaking they conducted a free camera inspection to locate the clog. They cleared the drain for now and provided a verbal 90-day guarantee. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. They charge a bit more than their competitors."

"We had a leak and drainage issues with our sump pump in the basement, leaks from the main pipe coking from the toilet, and our bathroom sinks would not drain. Jason and his Plumbing 911 team quickly fixed the issues in a professional and expedient manner. Truly grateful. Will hire again."

"Cris was prompt and very professional. He inspected all four bathrooms as well as the lines downstairs and out, making suggestions of things we could do to improve efficiency and drain flow. I didn't feel like he was upselling at all.

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."

"To make a long story short, the day after he performed the above work another toilet in the house developed a very minor leak around its wax base. This toilet is directly above where he had soldered, in my basement, one of the new spigots to the existing copper pipe.
Bob said these were unrelated and I ordinarily would tend to agree. However, it seems unlikely a wax seat, which had never leaked before, would simply begin to leak on its own only hours after work had been done immediately around it. I was left wondering if he had used the toilet drain pipe as leverage while disconnecting the copper pipe right next to it (which took some force and some banging). I don't know how else to explain such an unlikely coincidence. The bottom line was I had a new problem to fix.
As for the toilet fill valve and flapper he replaced, he did not install the valve to code (not high enough in the tank) nor properly install the refill tube. The kit's instructions read: "WARNING: Do not shove refill tube down overflow pipe. This may cause significant water waste." Bob shoved the refill tube down the overflow pipe. He also used an older kit; newer, more water-efficient valve kits are available.
(To keep this review short, I'm omitting other aspects of his work I was also unhappy with.)
Bob did schedule and arrive promptly, which got me out of a bind as I was preparing to leave town, and he charged a fair price. But in addition to not solving one problem, he created at least two additional problems for me to fix."
