"I needed alot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt new the steps and railings. I needed my kitchen refreshed and desperately needed a new kitchen floor. I had the kitchen, dining room, lower and upper hallways, and living room painted. I had my windows corked from the inside, and the outside and some of the windows were also repaired. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day and on time and worked extremely hard. Harvey offered ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repair. I was thrilled by the outcome of their work. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them in the future."

"Eddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. "Carlos and his assistant Felix were fantastic and a joy to work with. Got several quotes from a few highly rated contractors to work on a bathroom remodeling, and Homemaster came out with a reasonable and detailed quote breaking down each part of the job. The many great reviews from other clients made the decision to hire Carlos a no-brainer. Once the job started, Carlos and Felix arrived on time every day and the work was done well and with care to detail. Carlos also gave suggestions on what would look nice during the job. "He was very, very personable. You know what I mean, when you invite someone in your home that you don't know, he's professional. He told me exactly what was going on or what needed to done and I appreciated that. And I don't think he did more of what he's supposed to do, you know, sometimes people come in and say, "Okay, this is what I'll fix but now you've gotta get this fixed as well." I didn't feel that. I felt that he was very honest. I thought the price was reasonable. Yes, I would use Statewide Home Improvement & Maintenance LLC again. "

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.
