"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "Very happy we had Contek repair and remodel our living room. Started with a prompt visit by Corey and a detailed quote shortly after, and we then got on their schedule about 6 weeks later. Job consisted of removing and repairing a large area of the ceiling that was water damaged, removing a 9' picture window and also repairing water damage around that, refinishing that with two smaller double-hung windows, refinishing it all inside and outside, and lastly converting a standard small doored closet into an open mudroom closet. Dan managed the job and was nothing but a complete pleasure to work with. Shawn and crew did the vast majority of the work and were also a pleasure to work with. We did have a few finishing items we weren't initially satisfied with, but I'm only saying this because they made it very clear that they wanted us to be COMPLETELY satisfied, and to tell us of any concerns.
