"We found Downey Clean on Angie's List a few years ago and have now used them multiple times. They do 3 rooms and a hall for $99 and only charge $25 for each additional room or set of stairs. Their cleaning is superior over other companies and their customer service is wonderful. When you call, the staff is very friendly and helpful and you can tell they always answer with a smile. They can usually get you in fairly quick, within a few days, if you are in a crunch too. The guy we have come out was very efficient with his cleaning, personable and friendly with our German Shepherd and cats. We have had pet stains and odors and when he leaves, it's like our carpet has been renewed! Our living room has long shaggy carpet and is very difficult to clean, but he gets it done and it looks beautiful. At one time, he even helped us rescue a large dog! He saw the dog outside and thought our dog had gotten out and made sure to tell me. Long story short, I was able to find the owner from a mile away and get the dog back home. We request the same tech each time, great guy and he does a wonderful job. We HIGHLY recommend Downey Clean!"

"As far as my wife and I are concerned it really did appear that the whole project went without a hitch. The first day was demo day. The job required Matt and his crew to come through our garage, down a hallway and into our bedroom to get to the job. They did all the things necessary to make sure the area was covered and protected from any kind of dirt or damage.. Once they got going there really wasn't a lot of back and forth going for tools and whatnot. Apparently they went back there with most everything they needed shut the door and went to work. When the day was over they cleaned everything up and left. The bathroom was clean, completely usable and ready for the next days installation. Same thing the next day they came in worked all day. And at the end of the day we had our new walk in tub. For us, it really did go that well.. Our condo is built on a slab so the electrical work had to be done through the attic. I went up there to get something after everything was finished and couldn't hardly tell that anybody had even been up there.. I honestly can say that we have no complaints. ACC was here on time, the workers were clean and well mannered. They worked non stop all day, cleaned up afterwards and at the end of the two days we had our new walk-in tub as the only evidence that they had been here. We highly recommend them."

While our job was not a large project, he did it with complete professionalism, and I would imagine he would apply the same standards to any job he agrees to do. "We found the black mold and immediately did a search for mold removal companies on Angie's list. Far too many times we've encountered poor quality customer service and quality work on projects in our home in the past, which is why my husband does all of our home improvements. This issue however was far beyond our realm of expertise. When we contacted Puroclean, they came with in 24 hours to inspect the mold and give us a quote. After inspection, they informed my husband they would be happy to stay and remove the mold THAT day, which was even better. Unfortunately, my husband still had to open up another wall in my daughter's soon to be bedroom in order to assure there wasn't mold in there, so he told them he'd call them back to schedule once we knew if that wall also needed the mold removal. My husband was than offered that IF we did find mold in her room, they would take care of that as well for the same price estimate we were given for just the play room! Given the scale of this home project, this was a huge relief for us, and so refreshing as many professionals we have encountered are not so kind. Not only was my husband very pleased with their professionalism, but he was also very happy with the quality of work they provided. Hecter and Jason were the professionals that came to our home and removed/sanitized the wall that had the black mold. Everything is now clean and safe and my husband can move forward with finishing the remodel. We are beyond happy with the quality of work and piece of mind that was provided to us. And although we would absolutely use this company in the future if we ever needed to, we truly hope we don't have to as this was an unexpected and scary home improvement we hope to not have to make again! Some difficulty in scheduling installation, partially due to his illness.  Arrived late on a couple occasions, which was also frustrating.  Started installation on a Friday night to minimize time needed on Saturday but was working past 9:00 PM and had to ask to wrap up for the night.One heating register was lost so I had to replace that which was an inconvenience.  

Overall price and quality were great.  Removal and haul away of old carpet was very helpful.   Slightly cheaper compared to Lowe's/Home Depot for comparable products but prefer to do business with small businesses when possible.
