"Ryan, one of their technicians, came to the house a day after I contacted them. I accepted their proposal and they gave me several options for days to schedule the work. On the scheduled day, I received two or three updates as to the time the technician (Ryan again) would arrive. He completed the work (replace a gas hot water tank) in a timely manner and with minimal disturbance. He also had placed protective floor coverings from the entranceway to the work area. Finally, he explained what he had done and how the controls were operated. I would recommend this company."

"Very quick process from beginning steps to installation!"

The problem with most "pros"? Too many bad habits.\nIt's easy to get swept away in the day to day monotony, even for those that call themselves "pros". When it comes to hiring a heating and cooling technician, nobody wants to deal with being treated like a sale rather than a person, the use of scare tactics instead of education, or someone who just wants to get to job done quickly instead of correctly. \nAll our HVAC pros go through 5 years of HVAC schooling, for a total of 10,000 hours of on-the-job training. And it's not just technical training either; it's training that focuses on you, on making you feel comfortable every step of the way. We will roll out the red carpet for you, both figuratively and literally.\nRed Carpet Treatment\nDuring every visit to a home, we lay out an actual red carpet to prevent any additional mess. But what may be even more important than just protecting your home is making sure you feel like you've received the best in customer service.

"Thomas is very personable, professional reliable, punctual and respectful, He was able to fix the problems with my kitchen sink and bathroom toilet. He takes pride in his work, in maintaining the space he uses and cleans up after which for me this seemed to often be an issue. I am so glad to have found a plumber that I trust and who makes me feel like a priority.. Thank-you Thomas!"

"I was very satisfied with the water heater installation. Richard and son, Dillan, arrived on time. They were courteous, organized and well prepared to complete the job in a timely manner. Their experience and preparedness were welcome assets when met with a few challenges. I paid the quoted cost which was competitive and affordable. Very pleased."

"Excellent service and water heater. Very satisfied!"

"Highly recommend this plumbing company. Quick to respond to my plumbing needs, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly!"

"Two years ago, Ben Franklin Plumbing installed a Kohler faucet I purchased at Lowes. The faucet began leaking and the spout was frozen, so I had them return. For the $59 price of the home visit, the plumber took apart the faucet and ascertained that the leak and jamb were problems with the faucet itself and not subject to repair. He recommended I call Kohler and have them replace the unit. He also explained (when I asked) how I could replace it myself. Kohler is sending a replacement. This consultation was thorough, helpful, and inexpensive!"

"He was very professional, on time, they cleaned up, and did a great job."

"Very happy with the team that installed my water system. Not only is taking a shower 10x better. But the drinking water is fantastic. Thanks Vinnie and Purefect Water Solutions. I would recommend them anytime!"
