"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"By the time I found Joe’s business, the water heater had been deemed dead’s by the manufacturer, it was Sunday afternoon, a blizzard was to start around 8:00pm. Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground.
