"In late June of 2023, Neo and his apprentice replaced our water heater. Neo did charge slightly more than Google reported as the average price in our geographic area. However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

"I hired this company to replace a 75-gallon gas water heater, and the experience was excellent. Scope of work: Removal and disposal of existing unit Installation of new Rheem 75-gallon gas water heater Reconnection of gas, water, and venting The team was prompt, professional, and clearly experienced. They provided a clear explanation of the installation process, answered questions directly, and completed the work efficiently. I valued their use of text messaging to arrange the work, as it was most efficient and allowed me to share photos of the work area so they could plan the installation in advance. The installation was clean and well-executed, with attention to proper setup and safety considerations. Pricing was transparent and consistent with the scope of work. There were no surprises. Overall, this was a high-quality, professional installation. I would recommend them without hesitation."

"Top notch; this will be my â go to â plumbing and heating service from now on... best Iâ ve seen in years !"

"Eric Mouradian (owner) responded promptly to my request for urgent replacement of a newly-broken hot water heater. He showed up on time, provided outstanding service, cleaned up after the job, and charged a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!"

"This was a relatively small water heater repair, and Ryan did an outstanding job. He responded immediately to my request, provided a reasonable quote, was polite, professional, knowledgable, and friendly to deal with. Will definitely hire again if needed."

"We have been loyal customers of Genove for years, but this year they exceeded any expectations. From the emergency service call on a cold Sunday night in February to the installation of the new furnace and hot water heater today. Armando and crew are terrific. Ryan, Richie and Shawn completed the project in less time than we expected. And, Armando assisted us in the HEAT loan program which has us paying for this work at zero interest over 7 years as well as handled the rebate programs. Highly recommend Genove!"

"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

"Called quickly, scheduled service for next day. Water heater replacement was fast and easy."

"By the time I found Joe’s business, the water heater had been deemed dead’s by the manufacturer, it was Sunday afternoon, a blizzard was to start around 8:00pm. Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground. The price was very reasonable too, regardless of the circumstances. Two thumbs up and five stars."

"John from Johnny Rocket Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job installing our water heater. The work was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. He explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and left the space spotless. I fully trust his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. Thank you!"
