The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. "Noel showed up on a Saturday and unclogged our kitchen sink in an hour. We had tried everything we knew to do and even took all the pipes apart under the sink to try and find the problem. When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. "I did not get the service from them. Their estimate for that job was extremely expensive and over price. I had to go with another vendor for half of that price with EXACT same steps to address the issue as they had offered and with great outcome. They were however very professional and made the diagnosis which I paid for ( very expensive) but I had to pay for that. I must say their diagnosis was very thorough."
