"My husband & I had prepared ourselves to be without any hot water for several days. We were pleasantly surprised that Scott contacted us right away & was at our house within 2 hours to replace our water heater. He was very professional, courteous & had the new water heater replaced within 3 hours. Drained & removed the old heater from our attic & after the new heater was installed, he hung around for 15/20 mins to make sure that we had hot water & to check for leaks. Excellent, excellent job. "Two mornings ago we discovered an exterior water leak that appeared to be coming from under our slab. Bertucci Bros agreed to come and assess our problem. They arrived in less than 90 minutes and after some digging discovered a small leak from a pipe 3 feet into/under the house slab. We turned the main water supply to the house off but were assured that we could turn it on from time to time to flush toilets and shower (without further damage to house or slab), until they could come back out the next morning to fix the leak. Well, of course it rained torrentially the next day, so they couldn't come and work until the following morning. They arrived at 8 am sharp and began digging to give room to access the leaking pipe. They then cut out and replaced the broken part of the pipe, and refilled the large hole. Their timeliness with the repair was much appreciated. The estimate was $1,100 and that was the final cost. They were neat, efficient and fairly priced. We will use them again and recommend their services."
