"I used JL Anderson Heating & Cooling (subcontracted through Lowe's) to install a new Trane HVAC system in my 25 yr. old home. After presenting and explaining to me my options and choosing the system I wanted, Joe set up all the install details. Since the new unit would be about 2 weeks to arrive Joe even offered to charge/fix my old AC just so I could get by. The crew did an excellent job on the install. They were punctual, worked clean/safe and were friendly through the whole install. Once the new unit was running, Joe followed up to walk me through all the instructions, set up the wifi thermostat app on my phone, plus he did ALL the paperwork for warranty and rebates. All I had to do was sign things-a really nice extra! The new system is excellent!!! The house has never felt this comfortable in the summer. I'm already saving money on my cooling bills!
