"Awsome!! As always when we call on "A Real Plumber". Polite courteous service. Always a no nonsense approach for the fix needed. Always great value too. Winston and Jason are a great team and a pleasure to speak with. These are our " Go to guys" for all our plumbing needs. We have a 4 family home...thus plumbing issues come up with tenants. Will call again if needed!!"

"I recently had a hot water heater installed by Kevin of Total Plumbing and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The plumber was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process to me. I never felt that he was trying to upsell me or take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. The installation was completed smoothly, and the work area was left clean and tidy. I'm very impressed with the quality of work and would recommend Kevin of Total Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services."

"Excellent work, worked quickly and professionally.  He made one mistake, after replacing the toilet shutoff, he forgot to test it, so when I turned on the water supply after he left, we had a flood.  I called him and he told me how to fix it, which I did.
He did very good work, but he lives a bit far from me.  I found another very good plumber for a different job who lives nearby, and would probably call him again.
"

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
