"Pressure tank for my well ruptured. Appleton Campbell literally responded in a minute or 2, and within 2 hours someone came out to give me a quote and said that this could be fixed by 2 pm. I hired them and sure enough everything was done very quickly and I had water again! Price was a little higher than I expected but it was definitely worth it due to the professionalism of the crew they sent to do the work. I would definitely hire Appleton Campbell again!"

"I do not have the bandwidth or verbal acumen to describe how grateful I am to Plumb Magic in general, and Andy in particular. I was spinning like I had one foot nailed to the floor when I called. Andy showed up, had me breathe into a paper bag (figuratively, of course) got me calmed down and pointed in the right direction. He suggested a trusted salvage service and went right to work. He went way above and way beyond to provide the best customer service I have ever been party to. He stayed with us until the county (ultimately responsible for my predicament) showed up to start repairs. I am already planning to call back after this mess gets settled to complete some long-put-off projects."

"My previous heater was over 20 years old and rusted at the bottom. I was concerned that it would start leaking soon. Jake ordered the appropriate size replacement and installed it within the week. The installation and removal of the old heater took less than 1.5 hours. He is very organized, detailed and conscientious. He has done other work for me in the past and I have always been pleased with his work. His prices are a little higher but I would rather pay the extra and know that I am getting someone who stands behind their work, is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable as well.

Replacing the aging copper pipe in my home has been on my to-do list. I had, on a previous visit by Casco plumbing, discussed the options for repair with Matt. Leaks popped up at 2 different times during the first 2 weeks of July 2018. The first leak appeared and Jason and Mark came to the house and did a great job repairing that leak. When the second leak appeared Matt and Mark responded and at that time, after consulting with Matt again, did a complete overhall of my upstairs plumbing.
