"Prompt response to my request for service, great communication...very easy and pleasant to deal with...showed me what needed to be repaired and inspected other things to make sure that they were seemingly all ok. I personally am not a big fan of service fees that are not then absorbed or offset with work that is done, but to be fair as well, it is not uncommon either. I did appreciate the communication and quality of work done, and his knowledge of my hot tub (and just with respect to hot tubs in general) was evident."

"I have never had a problem, she is reliable, and has opened and closed our pool for the last few years."

"On the whole it went well. I can still see a hint of the old blue tub if I really look closely at it in spots. The finish is a little bumpy not completely smooth like I had expected. We don't use the tub so hopefully it looks nice for years to come. It certainly made the bathroom look more up to date and less 1970's."

"They have trampoulines and models of their playground equipment for children (age 2-12) to play on. They have great customer service and it is a great place to go year round. It is open 7 days a week."

"really nice guy and got right to work and got the pool up very fast. I would definitely recommend his service."

"The job was assigned to Blue Mountain Services and the technician came on the next day at 1:30PM and fixed the Garbage disposal not running issue within 15 min. The technician is very knowledgeable and he knew what exactly happened and fixed using special tools that he had. The experience from opening the claim to closing the claim has been very satisfactory."
