Before I committed, I checked his various reviews and decided to utilize his services. Alex came the next morning right on time with our preferred Water Heater. In less than two hours his installation was complete. Though Alex was uable to modify our existing copper vent line, he came back once we were back home and finished the job. Alex was wonderful!"

When he heading up our street he saw to horses walking on the road and he stop and was trying to help the horses staying safe. It took about half an hour before the horses were safe in their field. "Easy to work with. We called them up a week or so before the replacement, talked through various options over the phone. We determined that they didn't need to come and do a pre-installation inspection because it was a simple install, but they would have been happy to do so if we had asked. We chose Sundance because they supply Rheem water heaters, which have great customer reviews. Price wasn't cheap, but we got a quality water heater and good installation, so we were okay with it.

"Neil Marky is the owner of this company and starting with the estimate to the completion of the project he and his staff, Tyler, did an excellent job. Neil went above and beyond the service provided by installing larger piping, since my husband does some woodworking in the garage, because he wanted to make sure everything was safer. It takes a lot of piping to do this job and he made it look very neat and even hung brackets up so that we can use them for storing other things, if we want. He put insulation coverings over the pipes on the water heater to further increase efficiency. Neil even got all the permits for the job to be completed. He arranged for an electrician to come over and talked with the inspector after the installation. He and Tyler placed a lot of the piping in the attic to be vented outside of the house. The price he quoted me was accurate with a few changes since I wanted some additional piping and a new thermostat installed.
I am very impressed with the excellent job that Puget Sound Gas did on my house and would recommend his services to anyone. All of the workers who came to the house were very courteous and accommodating. I would definitely use him again. Thank you Neil, great job!!!"
