The quality of the work was very high. Both Jacob and Blaine were very personable and polite. "Our home Water Heater went out on Saturday 5/2 just a day before our RV Trip to my best friend's Memorial Service in Idaho. Water was all over our garage floor. I immediately determined the price and availability of a new unit and then proceeded to contact various repair facilities. Alex at New Moon was the first to respond. His price and schedule for completion was the best of those who took the time and effort to respond. I expected the installation would have to be scheduled after we were back in a couple of weeks. To my amazement, Alex said he would be happy to come with the Water Heater we preferred the NEXT morning (Sunday)! Before I committed, I checked his various reviews and decided to utilize his services. Alex came the next morning right on time with our preferred Water Heater. In less than two hours his installation was complete. Though Alex was uable to modify our existing copper vent line, he came back once we were back home and finished the job. Alex was wonderful!"

A slight ding regarding how loosely he attached the earthquake bands for my new water heater - I had a very young guy who didn't believe we have to worry about quakes, oop. So I just tightened them, took 10 seconds. Other little ding was I did more research after the fact and may have gotten cheaper labor elsewhere. But no complaints! They did a good job with my water heater."

"The Seatown team did a great job. I got quotes from 3 different recommended plumbing services, but the Seatown guys were the only ones who recognized we would need to upgrade our gas meter. They did a great job explaining how to get this scheduled with PSE. The estimate Seatown gave was on par with some of the other plumbers, so we went with them. They sent 2 service people to come and install the tankless and the guys were just excellent. I expressed concern about mounting the water heater on the beams in our basement because Our house is so old, so they came up with a better solution. They built a small wall frame to mount the water heater. No extra cost. When they found there was no outlet wired near the heater they were able to get an electrician from Seatown to come out and wire one up while they worked on the water heater install. Seatown aldo had a good scheduling method, sent text reminders the day they were coming to do the work with a photo of the person who was coming and a short set of info about the person. It was a nice touch, and a thoughtful safety measure. They did a great job with the install which took several hours. I’d definitely hire them again."
