"The old drain was removed and a 12" X 12" X 12" box drain was installed with a 4" diameter pipe to my inside the house sump pump.  This replaced a poorly installed 1-1/2" drain installed by the builder. In the past, water would enter the basement over the sill of the basement door because the old drain couldn't keep up with the water. The new drain just got it's baptism by ordeal with the 6+ inches of rain that fell recently and not a drop of water came in the house!

"Andrew and his crew have always done an outstanding job for us.  He looks at every project with an eye towards drainage and keeping water away from the house--which was important in our case.  Andrew also goes above and beyond and recommends options that are cost saving.  Most recently, Andrew created a landscaping project for us in a very wet spot of our townhouse patio.  We had a general idea of how we wanted it to look, and Andrew provided an exceptional option for cost savings in placing a circular stone slab down.  The quality of work is consistently outstanding.  We would recommend them for any project you have."

Also, repaired and restored front porch rails and installed new hand rails along the steps leading to home's front entrance. Plans for the project were discussed in advance with the company's owner. All project promises were kept and delivered upon in a scheduled timely manner. The quality of the work was Excellent! "I chose RDM Landscaping out of the 4 contractors I had bid on the job. Ray was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they would do very well. He left me with the impression that they would do a quality job and not cut any corners which is why I chose RDM over a couple lower priced bids. Work is completed now and I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the steps, railing, and wall. Ray is a really nice guy, helpful, very knowledgeable about his business, explains things well, and they do good work. The one negative of the experience was that at one point Ray did not return my texts for 3 days and another time for 2 days. It was raining almost every day which was delaying the project and I requested updates. I read a couple other reviews from people who had a hard time getting in touch with Ray so I got a bit worried. In the end, when the weather got better, they came and completed the job. I spoke to Ray frankly about the need to improve his responsiveness because it could really hurt his otherwise great business. I hope they improve in this area. On the plus side, besides the well done finished project, Ray helped out with a couple small things that were outside the scope of work which I greatly appreciated. They filled a gap on the bottom of our concrete front porch and he also noticed that a corner on the side of our house where the chimney jutted out was collecting water so they added some concrete to divert the water. After power washing the new steps they also power washed the back concrete patio. Overall, I am happy with my choice and I have already hired RDM again to do some tree trimming."
