"The technician showed up on time and proceeded to explain the process for installing the garage door opener.  The initial installation of the garage door went well.  However, upon the completion of the installation the technician proceeded to demonstrate the operation of the door when a malfunction of the garage opener occurred resulting in damage to my new garage door.  The technician immediately notified his supervisor who quickly acknowledged responsibility for this mishap.  I was informed as to the reliability of this particular garage door opener and this unfortunate incident had never occurred in the past. The company was extremely responsive in addressing this mishap and moved quickly to not only replace the motor of the garage door opener but also replaced the damaged garage door panels and rail.  In less than 24hrs I had a new garage door opener and replacement panels installed!  Kudos to Amber and her team for stepping up and get this resolved so quickly!!     I definitely recommend Stoneberger Garage Unlimited for all your garage door needs.

"I couldn't be happier with their service.  Our old garage door died late on Thursday and Andrew's answered my call at 8:00PM and were able to schedule an appointment on Saturday.  They arrived within their three hour window then quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the options.  Once I decided to go with a replacement, their technician Chris was at my house Monday to complete the install while my wife and I were at work.  After I got home, I was able to call Chris and he walked me though his observations and answered my questions.  
Their work was great, but the most impressive thing was their level of communication and accessibility.  It made coordinating and scheduling very easy.

"It finally came time for us to replace two old wooden garage doors. First I did some research on garage doors in general. Lots of info on the Internet. Then I did extensive research on quality garage door contractors in my area. Used Yelp and other sources. Came up with a list of five quality candidates and sent details to each for bids. Eliminated 3 in relatively short order for various reasons. Came down to two candidates for the same two door options (either a Clopay or a CHI) -- Academy and another contractor. I focused on all decisioning points -- service, price, features, warranty, etc. Both were very close on price so that was not a discriminating factor. However, all the other factors came out very much in favor of Academy. Our sales contact, Dave McLaughlin was superb. Knowledgeable, responsive, helpful. The two managers at HQ -- John and Alan -- also very professional and responsive. So I did the order with Academy and selected the Clopay doors. Doors arrived in the time period they said. Scheduled the install. Jim and Coach (two HUGE guys!) showed up and did the install. They were even able to deal with the fact that my floor was off level just a shade. Made the doors fit well. Thanks guys! So far so good! Love the new doors! SO much better than the old ones in every way. Now I have to fix up my house b/c the garage doors are now the best part!"

"I highly recommend Aladdin to repair your garage door. Chris is the best!!! I was away from Austin for 4 months-- in Spain, Portugal, and then working in NY for half of it. I'd been renting my house out on AirBnb while I traveled. Guests/tenant don't exactly take care of the house like I do as the owner. While I was still away, my cleaning lady informed me that the garage door was not working -- it just wouldn't open, she said. So I went to HomeAdvisor to find a good garage door repairperson. Chris called me back less than 5 mins after I posted my request on HomeAdvisor--which was on a Friday afternoon. He offered to come to my house the very same afternoon! As I said, Chris is the best! So he came to my S. Austin house a couple hours after we spoke. My friend Tracy let him in. He took a look at the garage door & must've thought we're all clueless. Turns out the manual safety lock was in place. It was locked, that's why it didn't open, duh! After unlocking the garage door, he proceeded to further brightened my day by telling me my garage door works better/more smoothly than the vast majority of the garage door he sees :-) Chris could have made up that there was something wrong with the garage door to charge me for unnecessary work; or he could have charged me for the house call. Instead ... he was totally honest & he charged me nothing. I greatly appreciate Chris' honesty, professionalism and timeliness. If I ever have an issue with my garage door again, I will not hesitate to call Chris. You should do the same, call him!"
