They were very considerate and laid a tarp on all the floors to minimize trash or dirt on the floor. Brandon came over very considerate to my needs and "did not" try to up sale me on other services that others do such as installing new venting when it is not really needed. We were very impressed with the new unit put in the attic and back yard, the workmanship, the professionalism, the quick response time to get our appointment, the testing of the new units before they left, the lessons for us on how to use it, and the complete clean up and hauling every piece of the old unit away when they left.
