"The owner quickly diagnosed the problem with our old furnace, on Friday, and his workers quickly and efficiently installed the new furnace Monday morning. The workmanship was excellent, providing a much better installation than the original. They kept everything very clean, putting down tarps to cover all the carpeted areas (including the stairs), and vacuumed afterwards. Good communication skills. The owner gave us repair or replace options, checked that we understood the process and were satisfied with the results. We were very pleased with the whole experience."

"I was looking for a company to replace my hydronic heating system and inefficient condenser with a new heat pump condenser, as well as a new furnace system to support the heat pump condenser. I reached out to two companies and OC Excel quoted me a much more reasonable price, and both company informed me at the time of quote that they would need to cut open a portion of my condo’s ceiling where the furnace was at, but they will patch it back/know someone that would patch it back.
