"A truly amazing job done by absolute pools. I am so happy to be back swimming after years of having issues with my pool. Prior to this fiberglass pool, I had a plaster one that would constantly crack and I couldn't find any solution anywhere. I spoke with many business's about potential solutions but the only one that actually seemed reasonable and within my budget was Absolute Pools. They are extremely professional, clear with their communication, highly experienced, and very fast workers. Also they clean up after themselves very well which is highly appreciated. All in all I give absolute pools a 5/5 stars. Definitely would recommend if you are considering resurfacing your pool."

"From the start with Eduardo who provided our estimate and contract, to the demolition, and entire recoping, tiling, and plastering, we had 100% commitment from the team involved to the Owner who visited the project five times. Everyone was attentive, on time, handled the project with pristine experience, and treated the work as they were doing it for their homes. Wow ! And, Awesome ! We would highly recommend this company. "I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"We had Crystal Pool & Spa quote and then remodel our existing in ground plaster pool.  They were quick to do estimates, they only do it via email.  They were able to look up the build records of our pool and then quote the remodel based on size.  The pool is approx 15' wide by 32' long with 9' deep end and 3' shallow end.  There is a tiny spa, but the old homeowners removed the heater.  The Spa barely holds one person, so we opted to remove the spa wall and make a seating area for the pool.  CPS was quick to quote, started work in about two weeks and it took two weeks to finish.  Took a little longer since the tile we originally wanted was out of stock and took a few days to get tile samples as well.  Overall, all the crews worked quickly and hard and did an excellent job.  Two weeks start to finish until the pool was full of water

They left the backyard pretty clean afterwards, but the plaster guys left some plaster material in a flower planter bed, that was empty.  So I am left with cleaning that out.  Everyone was very nice and professional and the work went smoothly, very hassle free."

"I wasn't happy with it, and I had to have them back out a couple of times. It is not a big deal, it happened a year ago. I paid them cash $1000, I paid them a check and they said they never got the check, I had to send them copies of the check. Their accounting department leaves a little to be desired. I wasn't happy with the work and the aftermath. I would not use them again. "
