"I hired Sunnyside to redo a rear patio and repair a front stoop at my Mothers house. Had front stoop rebuilt, walkways redone in Bluestone and a large concrete patio removed and replaced. I liked them so much I had them redo the stucco at her foundation wall and repoint her brick chimney as well. They showed up everyday ontime and Aidan offered a lot of different choices as to the finish of the concrete patio. "We shopped and spoke with many "facade restoration experts" before choosing to work with High Tech and we are so glad we did our research. Shaiful was by far the most knowledgeable contractor we spoke with and made us feel confident that he was capable of solving our issues.  When it was clear that there was no saving our original cornice, he offered up more than one suitable way forward. We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof. "we are selling our home and had water in the crawlspace. bs of ny waterproofed and insulated the crawlspace. an expensive fix, but one that is working and will hopefully allow us to sell the house. they were very clean and professional. crew of at least 6 and foreman came and finished job in 2 days and came back to insulate week later with a crew of one. very happy with the work and the financeing they gave us access to."
