"Overall very good - came out quickly, completed repair the same day and also let me know about some additional issues they found that I was able to fix myself. The price seemed a little high but I don't have a lot to compare it to. I was just glad to get it fixed so quickly."

"When I reached out to Jonathan ( the owner ), he immediately responded as always. I have used Jonathan and his wife Rachel for years as one of our Vendors in underground cable construction. This team has been an outstanding partner and been one of the most reliable and friendly group to work with. I could not recommend this company more. I will continue to use them for all of my electrical and plumbing needs."

"Stephen was great, my tub backed up with water and my toilet would not flush, turns out my septic field needed replacing. Very responsive, reasonably priced and best of all. I didn’t have to leave my home during the repairs. I’d give 10 stars if I could."

"I was leaving to catch a flight out of town for several days. Before I left the house I heard the downstairs toilet gurgling. My wife was still in the upstairs shower so I wasn't able to mention it to her before I left. she soon called with the devastating news that the drain lines were all backed up.I had heard several good stories from friends about Ben Franklin plumbing, so I gave them a call. They quickly dispatched a technician to help with our problem. He was extremely professional by surveying the situation and explaining it to my wife and then calling me on the phone as well. Because we had planned on making some minor changes to the downstairs bathroom anyway, and his truck had all the parts- we not only got our repairs made, but had some additional work done as well. I'm sure no one is delighted with the news of a tree growing through the main sewer line in the yard, but we were quite relieved that not only could the technician take care of the problem for us- he could do it right then. I more than pleased for several reasons. They were up front and honest about everything that needed to be done, bot more importantly- they were able to handle the situation of me being out of town and both my wife and me being extremely nervous about the entire situation. It was a difficult situation and I don't know how they could have handled it any better. The technician they sent out, Mike, was a real professional. I am deeply grateful. I also felt the charges were more than fair."
Septic Repairs
Holy cow!! We found it!
Almost looks like we didn't just install 400' of 4'' Storm Drainage to save the septic system from near total failure.

Sometimes excessive storm water can wreak havoc on a septic system and cause the system to break down prematurely.
The septic system was drowning, we suggested diverting the storm water to protect the septic tank & field lines. Problem Solved.

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Anderson, SC

During the inspection, you’ll watch a high-definition video feed that shows exactly what’s going on inside the pipe—everything from minor buildup to major cracks. Your plumber pauses the footage to explain what you’re seeing and why it matters. Bright lights and self-leveling cameras make sure each section is captured clearly, so you leave with a complete picture of your sewer’s health.

Most professionals complete a standard sewer camera inspection in an hour. That window covers setting up the gear, guiding the camera through the line, and reviewing the footage with you. If your house lacks a cleanout and the technician needs to pull a toilet or access a vent stack, tack on a little extra time—and cost—for that added work.

Yes, a sewer camera inspection can help you identify septic system problems. A sewer camera gives your pro a live view of the pipes leading to the septic tank, so they can spot blockages, corrosion, leaks, or other red flags without guesswork. Pinpointing the problem quickly means you can plan the right repair and keep the entire septic system running smoothly.
