Free estimate from sales rep, David, who was knowledgeable, easy to work with,and provided estimate of time of install (quick due to items being in stock). Also, David provided suggestions and help on others aspects of the garage (replacing broken spring before door installation). "Garage door is great. Work on modifying the trim was hacked up, removed siding once installed it was not sealed. He was supposed to come back to put the drywall up and it was over a week and no call. Left sawdust in the garage, driveway, left hardware in the driveway and worst of all he left cigarette butts in my yard. Would not recommend to anyone. Do not want him back at my house."

"The technician showed up on time and proceeded to explain the process for installing the garage door opener.  The initial installation of the garage door went well.  However, upon the completion of the installation the technician proceeded to demonstrate the operation of the door when a malfunction of the garage opener occurred resulting in damage to my new garage door.  The technician immediately notified his supervisor who quickly acknowledged responsibility for this mishap.  I was informed as to the reliability of this particular garage door opener and this unfortunate incident had never occurred in the past. The company was extremely responsive in addressing this mishap and moved quickly to not only replace the motor of the garage door opener but also replaced the damaged garage door panels and rail.  In less than 24hrs I had a new garage door opener and replacement panels installed!  Kudos to Amber and her team for stepping up and get this resolved so quickly!!     I definitely recommend Stoneberger Garage Unlimited for all your garage door needs.

"It was easy making an appointment. The office staff was helpful and I had a choice of days and times. Appointments are set for a 2-hour window and the technician called one-half hour before arriving.
Part of the work was covered by a local online coupon and part was a repair. The technician, David, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and competent at the job and was a pleasure to work with. I didn't know how he would solve the problem of the bracket, which was installed by another company. The replacement looks like it will last as longer than my house lol. The price charged was reasonable, and the work was done quickly and clean-up was perfect.
Needless to say, I will use ABC for any garage door work in the future.

"I used Andrew's Garage Door Repair.  The last time I used them it was not satisfactory.  They came in to look at the garage door and said he was going to replace the back motor.  That process took about 4 weeks.  They came out three times and the first two times were good.  The reason I signed up to Angie's List is because they give honest feedback.  He said he would be back in three days and he wasn't.  He did fix it finally.  I had to make a lot of phone calls and emails and reminders.  I didn't understand that, I mean, I paid him the money he was asking for.  So he came and he fixed it and it is working fine.  They were here April of 2016.  It cost $500."
