"Great company, very punctual. Not 5 start because on a new install of a central AC, did not provided a new air filter specified on quote. â They forgotâ"

"I was having trouble with my central heating and air. I reached out to Rich Air & got a response right away. Richard came out & found the issue to my unit & fixed it that same day. He also recommended my unit for a maintenance & performed it as well. I would recommend this company to anyone needed great and prompt service."

"I canâ t say enough good things about these guys. We had to replace our entire unit (& all that entails). They showed up this morning at 9:00 and are literally still here finishing up the installation (11:00pm)!! It was a BIG job. They have worked their rears off. Of course, we were NOT expecting them to finish in one day. Reasonably this was at least a two day job, but they didnâ t want us to go another day without Airconditioning. That is above & beyond excellent service. Thanks so much, Sal. â ºï¸ If you have any AC/heating needs, HVAC will take great care of you. â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸ â ï¸"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I received 3 quotes on installing a new 5 ton unit to our house air network was $2,000 cheaper than the # 2 bid and over $3000 cheaper than the other bid. They came when they said and chris was very knowledgeable. We had a new unit installed as well as all new ducting and blown in insulation. I would highly recommend air network in the Weimar area"

"Those poor guys were out in 114 degree heat for over 5 hours installing the new unit and getting it going. They were very cheerful and helpful! Showed us the best filters to get (not the most expensive) and the office even helped us get interest free financing! Everyone was friendly and helpful and got us cool again!!"

"The employees were very professional. They provided all information needed to determine what unit I wanted installed in my home. Would recommend to all family and friends."

"it went out very good, i was advise to replace the fan pf the central air very soon."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
