"The electrical cord did not reach the outlet box so I have to use an extension cord to operate the door opener. Tech said that if an inspector looked at it that this would be illegal Wondered why the motor was installed in this matter. I paid, I believe over $800 for substandard work. Now I need an electrician to correct the problem. I'm not satisfied with this job."

"They installed a garage opener for us and then forgot about the key pad installation. They installed the key pad, no problem, in like 15 minutes. Great job!!!!"

"Top notch service from Palms, Yohai was friendly, informative & patience. Clearly he knows what heâ s doing. He replaced our garage door opener within and hour, I would definitely use them again!"

"Tech worked well to fix our opener"

"The technician talked me into a deal by misleading me to believe I would get a discounted price (with manufacturer coupons and an agreement of doing it now - no time to consider and compare) for the highest quality spring (50k-cycle). But it ended up the spring is 15k-cycle (realized from reading the invoice). After the broken part was replaced, a new issue came up - the garage door moved but bounced back right away. He insisted that the motor was old and I needed to get a new one. I told him that this issue didn't exist before the fix and it could be something was touched during his fix. We fell into arguments. He wanted to leave with a nonworking garage door or I should get a new motor to replace. I recalled that I had the same issu a long while ago and it was fixed by adjusting the two sensors. He realigned the sensors and finally the garage was working fine. But the experience is unpleasant."

"This company was so professional and cost effective. As a single woman I can easily be taken advantage of regarding repairs to my home. They were SO professional, on time, and repaired my garage door immediately only charging me a very nominal fee to repair my door."

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"They were prompt and knowledgeable about what would be required to repair the door. They were not the lowest bid but were willing to lower the price to be more competitive. The work was done quickly and I didn't have to risk bodily injury, or hassle with doing the work myself. I wanted it done and Garage Door Pros got it done fast."

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
