The business is owned and operated by myself and my son-in-law. No upfront money but 50% at half-way mark and balance due at completion. Typically all of our business is done labor only,but can supply materials if need be.We have found this saves you money as there is no mark up on materials.

Silent Rivers provides comprehensive building design services as well as full-service construction contracting. We have twelve team members: three in design, two in management / administration and seven in production. Design services are billed bi-weekly, helping to keep clients current with the creative process, whereas construction is billed concurrently with the project's progress.
