Jim was quick to respond to my initial request for a quote to install this Murphy door. He was prompt to answer questions and schedule a date to complete the work. He not only showed up on time, he was meticulous in his work, and left the kitchen tidy when he was done. We now have a cool place to put our cookbooks and decorative plates.
