"I hired D Design Woodworking to build a floor mirror utilizing an antique mirror from an English armoire. We discussed the design, the type of wood (maple) to be used and the stain color. I received the mirror yesterday and I couldnâ t be happier. The mirror looks great in the frame and Iâ m extremely impressed with the workmanship. The mirror is very substantial and the stain matches our new bedroom furniture perfectly. I cannot recommend D Design more highly."

"What a great company from beginning to end. Contacted CI Cabinetry, along with several others, and based upon Jimmy's (the Owners) demeanor and professionalism, decided to go with them. They were not the cheapest, but I felt they would actually do what they said, and I was right. Jimmy actually picked out the cabinets for me, based upon what he saw already installed in my home, and gave me honest input into what he thought would and would not work - not based on upselling. His wife, Jenny, is the administrator, who makes sure schedules are kept and customers are indeed satisfied. Jenny was on top of every question or issue that I had. Jimmy's part in my bathroom project was the cabinets. He also steered me to other professionals for the countertop and plumbing work. He also recommended Southside Granite for my countertop, (another small company) that was also great. Although my project was very small and simple, he and his team, Brandon, gave 100%. He also offered suggestions for another small project that I will complete on my own - no money in it for him, unless I can't do it myself. I will not hesitate to call him back! Jimmy and Jenny were so positive and joyful that it was actually a pleasure working with them. I would highly recommend CI Cabinetry. No scheduling frustrations, no quality of work frustrations, no quality of product frustrations. No concerns whatsoever- if you want a professional experience - this is the crew!"

"Dennis and his team from Kitchen Emporium just completed a total remodel of our kitchen. Many changes were made and our designs were incorporated into the new kitchen. Dennis and team of tear out/installers, electricians,plumbers, drywall and flooring experts were outstanding to work with and professional in every way. Could not be happier with our new kitchen and highly recommend Kitchen Emporium if you need or want a new kitchen."

"The representative came into my closet and appeared a little at a loss since the closet is on the 2nd floor of a cape cod with an angled ceiling on either side. After a few minutes and some measuring I informed her I wasn't able to put the amounts she was quoting into a closet right now and attempted to ask her what I would get for the $500 coupon I had purchased. Once she realized I was not going to purchase anything additional at that particular time she told me I could get some standard white shelving which was about $380 and decided to charge me a trip fee ($65). I was a bit put off as I had already paid $200 for a coupon which was supposed to include $500 worth of service but agreed since she explained the coupon could not be used to cover any fees. Then she sprang another fee on me which I can't remember the official name of but it was another cost of $70 or $75. By this time I realized that I was being targeted because I wasn't making an additional purchase, especially since during the course of the conversation the rep revealed to me that she lives only a couple of miles from me....yet I pay a trip fee for her to come to my house. I refused the additional fee and told her I would just call coupon to get my money back at which time she made a phone call and said she got the $75 fee waived. This all took place in mid July but the rep told me they were extra busy so she scheduled me out at the end of August which I didn't fight since I had not moved into the house yet due to renovations. <br /> <br /> I was very reluctant to submit this rating based on the good ratings this company already had. An Angies list representative was calling my home almost daily so I agreed to submit over the phone as I was reminded this is what I agreed to do as a member so here it is. <br /> <br /> I also want to say the technician who installed the shelves did a good job, was right on time and was quite courteous. Also after the review hit Angie's list I received a call from another representative of The Closet Factory apologizing and asking what could be done to make it right. For these reasons I have offered a better explanation of my scores and for these reasons I may entertain the thought of having another estimate from the closet factory in a couple of months when I'm ready to redo this closet.."

"Jimmy came to the house at the appointment time and observed each space and took detailed measurements.  He then asked exactly what it was I wanted to accomplish in each room, other than just new cabinets.  After a lengthy discussion with many good suggestions on his part, we came up with a design.  I also explained I was on a short time fuse and need it done within about 5 or 6 weeks for reasons out of my control.  In spite of his already busy work load he said he would do his best and in fact completed all of the work except for the mirrors in the allotted time.  The mirrors were completed about a week later. <br /> <br /> All of the carpentry and paint work is about as perfect as humanly possible.  He was very meticulous with the installation.  Every drawer, shelf, and door is in perfect alignment with each other and work smoothly.  The back, sides, and bottom of each cabinet were shimmed or scribed as needed for a perfect fit against the wall and floor.  When I say perfect, I mean perfect.  Very little caulk was needed to hide seams or gaps. <br /> <br /> I had seen Jimmy's work in several high end new construction homes.  Not many of these homes are being built now.  So he has time to work with renovations in lower valued homes like mine.  He has not sacrificed quality for faster lower cost cabinets.  High end cabinets and lower valued homes do not go together, so he builds cabinets that fits the home value.  However, he does not sacrifice quality.  These cabinets are built with the same attention to detail as he uses for high end homes.  So that makes them a little pricey but still reasonable considering the quality of the work."

"Outstanding professionals!  We had numerous estimates and they weren't the cheapest but we liked their first impressions and ideas.  We weren't exactly sure what we wanted to do but we knew we wanted to have a wall removed and kitchen completely reorganized.  They submitted their ideas in a way that was easy for us to understand visualize.  They did everything from removing a half wall, new recessed lighting in ceiling, redid ceilings in family room and kitchen, relocated water heater, redid plumbing to/from water heater, installed new stove hood and vent ducting, built new island, built new refrigerator cabinet, built new cabinets, built new shelving for pantry, new granite countertops, sink, disposal, etc.  Basically, a whole new kitchen!  They were extremely efficient, clean, prompt and patient while we decided on styles, colors, etc. <br /> We will definitely use them again for any kitchen or bathroom improvements in our new home! <br />"

"Made appointment for the measurement and estimate, Jim and Cathy showed up on time, were very nice, professional and helpful.  They helped us decide on the type, they sell everything laminate, solid service and granite.  They were cheaper than Lowes for the exact same setup.  We communicated via email a few times and they responded quickly.  On installation day, they arrived on time, the installer was their son, he was very good and professional.  He even helped me remove a tile that I had damaged removing my old counter top, since it would be easier than replacing it after the back splash was installed.  My wife and I are very happy with the counter top, their service and price."
