"In addition to the current job, I have successfully used Frankenstein Furniture to repair / refurbish a mahogany dining room table, a two drawer cherry chest, two walnut rocking chairs, an oak end table, an oak play table and a round oak side table. I contacted customer service, and their representative, Elaine, promptly and courteously responded and expedited a replacement pad of the correct color. The quality is great, and their customer service representative, Elaine, is outstanding. The pad quality is excellent, and is made to the exact dimensions. A great value to protect our table."

"The project was smooth start to finish. The owner, Jason, provided me a quote over email within a day of sending him measurements and dimensions. They came and picked up the dressers and called me in a couple weeks once they were ready for me to pick out the stain color. They got the stain to match exactly what I had wanted. They delivered the dressers when they were finished. The dressers don't even look like the original. The original color was a yellow toned, oak color. It was worth every penny to refinish them because these were two solid, well-made pieces and I couldn't find the quality in the stores today without spending more than I did with Carmel Custom Refinishing. I would highly recommend this business. The process does take some time 4-5 weeks total for me but the process in general just takes time. It was well worth the wait which I didn't think was long at all."

The installers came at 9 am and everything was installed and the areas were thoroughly cleaned up when they left at 4 pm. It was all done in one day. We were amazed!! "I found Andy on Angies List and contacted him to build cabinetry in our family room. He was very prompt in responding and came to the house to give us an estimate within a very short timeframe. He was very professional and gave many good suggestions for our project. I am pretty picky about service providers and who we allow in our home -- I had no concerns with Andy. He came back to do detailed measurements after we confirmed the design--he is very detailed and wanted to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The deconstruction of the current shelves and installation of the new took one day. He brought a colleague to assist him who was also very professional. They worked non-stop...I couldn't even get them to take a break! And they were extremely careful with their equipment...everything was kept very clean and they were so careful to not scratch our hardwood floors. I would highly recommend Andy to others.

He gave me a high level estimate of what I should expect to pay for the remodel.  Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider using Silverwood Builders if I decide to do the project. "ANDY BUILT A SET OF CUSTOM CABINETS AND SHELVES IN AN ALCOVE IN OUR FAMILY ROOM. THE CABINETS AND SHELVES ARE BEAUTIFULLY STYLED. THE WOOD IS GORGEOUS. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF MATCHING THE WOODS THAT WERE ALREADY IN THE ROOM. THE ONLY HITCH WAS THAT DELIVERY WAS DELAYED BY 6 WEEKS FROM HIS ORIGINAL ESTIMATE, BUT HE GAVE ME A DISCOUNT FOR THE DELAY."
