"I contacted Craig about three days before I needed him to do quite a big job, and in a hurry. I needed a midcentury sofa and two chairs re-glued and screwed for stability and I needed turn around to be three days. I knew it was a long shot that anyone would be able to do so much work so fast, but Craig agreed to the work. He came to get the furniture precisely when he said he would and then emailed me with a photo of the furniture disassembled. He brought the pieces back to my house at the agreed upon time and they were like new! I am so grateful for his extra effort in getting these fixed so quickly. He did charge a rush fee, but that was totally fair. Also, Craig was polite, and well, normal. I would definitely contact Craig again for my furniture repair needs!  <br />"

"Aaron required a second contact to respond to my request for a quote and then quoted a labor charge that was outside the norm for the quality of table requested. Higher quality tables for other sources, like geekchic.com are available at a Lee cost for a higher quality than what was requested. Other local custom furniture makers quoted significantly less as well. In my opinion the quality of works as presented on his website did not justify the additional cost. Other than the delay in response, he was quite professional and the quoted amount down and delivery date seemed reasonable."

"My experience with Greg Spivey Remodeling was excellent. I worked with Joe to design the porch. He explained the features available, such as the type of floor and the different types of wood for the sides and roof. Tim was in charge of construction and communicated with me regularly. He did a great job of building the porch following Joe's design. Bill was in charge of painting. He quickly finished the job and it looks good. We've had our screened porch for a couple of years. It's as new looking now as when it was finished. It's elevated about 12 feet due to the contour of our yard. There's no movement or vibration even with strong winds. This company know how to build a great screened porch and my wife and I are happy with their work."

"We went in to look at the available cabinets and our kids were being a bit fussy. They had some toys and coloring books that the kids enjoyed. That helped a lot. <br /> We found cabinets we liked and got a rough estimate. However, they seemed to want to rush us on making some decisions. Also, some other customers came in while we were sitting at the desk with one of the salesmen and that salesman seemed to want to get to them more than spend the time with us. <br /> So, we got a rough estimate, but left with a lot of open questions. They were supposed to call us regarding these questions, but they never did (3 weeks later). <br /> Overall, their estimates were higher than others for the same quality of product. Also, they seemed to be in a hurry to get us out the door and get on to the next customer. Not at all what I would've expected from a small business in a small town. <br />"
