"I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with three, different people at Renew 4 You.  Each chat taught me more about their work and what my job would entail.  So I felt well informed from beginning to end.  And, by the way, I've never had anything reupholstered before. <br /> I was concerned after reading a review here and seeing that they would only guarantee a 30-day turnaround which would not have worked for me.  Rather than be without the chair, I would not have taken the cushion in.  However, by phone and in the shop, I was given a much more optimistic time frame - maybe as much as two weeks.  <br /> The work was complete in about 3 days and I feel like I have a new piece of furniture. <br /> An excellent company to work with and that's where I'd go with any similar need. <br />"

"Their estimated price was a couple thousand more than the company we went with. They were punctual. They weren’t as competitive and they didn’t seem to be as knowledgeable because we also have a washer and dryer and in there and that was one thing particularly that the gentleman was not as particularly knowledgeable about. This is important in the laundry room, not just the cabinets but all the issues that come with having a washer and dryer and having a space for them."
