"I will definitely recommend Tyler. Being this was his first complete pole barn build, it turned out excellent. 36' x 63' x 14' high. I had set the poles previously and discovered that my math is not as good as it used to be. I helped some but we had to reset the posts, and everything was down to 1/16". It really made a difference when it came time to build the barn. Very trustworthy and always came out when he said he would. Top tier carpenter you won't regret!"

I contacted customer service, and their representative, Elaine, promptly and courteously responded and expedited a replacement pad of the correct color. The quality is great, and their customer service representative, Elaine, is outstanding. The pad quality is excellent, and is made to the exact dimensions. A great value to protect our table."

"Estimate appointment went very well. They actually ended up doing two drawings and took as much time as needed to make sure all our needs were met. We liked the fact the Closet Factory actually custom builds everything to fit exactly unlike other companies that have standard sizes which may leave gaps and wasted space. The materials are sturdy and solid. On the installation day they showed right on time and the install only took around and hour and a half. The installer was very friendly, helpful, and did not leave a mess. Overall a very good experience! <br />"

"The first time we hired Scheftel, the owner came himself and re-plastered two spots on ceilings with water damage. He responded quickly and did a nice job, so we hired Scheftel again to do a few things in our kitchen. This time an employee came and told us he couldn't do what we wanted (remove some chair rails and a section of baseboard that had been painted) because he could never match the wood. (Actually, available at Menard's.) Guess it was just too small a job. He did a couple other small things and left two unsatisfied customers."
