He was always on time, never difficult to reach, contacted us promptly if he had concerns/questions, and finished the project ahead of time. "After deciding we wanted to update our kitchen with new, custom made cabinets, we decided to completely renovate our kitchen/half-bathroom/entry way.  These new cabinets replaced the original ones in the kitchen and half-bathroom, which were standard builder-grade pre-fab cabinets.  We also opted to replace our kitchen island.   <br /> <br /> We met with Ron several times at our house as we moved forward with our ideas, designs, options, etc.  Once we got to the point where we made some decisions on the design, colors, etc., Ron prepared an estimate consisting of three options with drawnigs.  He brought the estimate to the house and we reviewed it and made our final choice.  Ron helped me make a timeline for the entire job, suggested a general contractor and other tradesman, like countertop and tile (floor and back splash) specialists.  <br /> <br /> Ron worked with me every step of the way, ensuring we were satisfied with not only the cabinet work, but the entire project.  We made some changes to the scope of work while we were going, each time with all options/pricing discussed up front.  There were no surprises.  <br /> <br /> We finished the project and then Ron worked the punch list quickly (once I gave it to him!).  Ron’s crews kept the work area organized and clean and always were very respectful.  They were indeed very professional and knew what they were doing and all of them, from Ron on down, took great pride in their work.  We’ve had many comments from family and friends about the quality and workmanship.  The kitchen turned out great."

"Stephen is an artist in his profession. Our kitchen table has a unique colored finish where nothing conventional was going to blend to try and fix the table. After being told by Furniture Restorations in our area that they couldn't do an in home fix, that resurfaving the whole 54and quot; square table was our only option... I tried Wood and Hand Artisans. I sent pictures of the damage online and Stephen was at our home on a Saturday with his coloring toolkit to do the job on site. He used at least a mix of 6 different pigments and hand painted them in layers until he had the exact match to the table completed. Sprayed the finish to match the sheen of the table perfectly. You cannot tell the table had been damaged. We are 100 percent pleased. Took less than 40 minutes to complete. <br />$60 for materials and labor <br />$60 for the home visit"

"He was very easy to work with.  He renewed my faith in working with contractors! <br /> Tony showed up on time, worked hard and fast all day long barely stopping for lunch.  He involved me in decisions when appropriately and had solutions for some areas that weren't as simple as planned.   When we realized the lumber yard gave me the wrong trim he was willing to stay until I picked up the right stuff and brought it back...a 40 minute roundtrip drive.  He worked hard to leave the place  clean.   <br /> I will definitely work with him again.  I learned he does custom furniture and cabinetry which is something I was looking for.  And...a great guy to boot. <br />"

"He does everything. I had a custom made table from someone else, and I was doubtful of if they provided the type of material that I requested for the table. I wanted all wood and I think he used plywood instead, so I called Josh and he came by my house to give me a fair estimate and overview of what exactly they had built, which was not what I had specified. He also was able to show me the type of workmanship that was done on that table and what he could do to resolve it. I have not used him since then, except for the consultation. I will be using him in the future to refurbish or redo that table to what I specified. I know that he also does remodeling bathrooms, he is just like the Fix it Guy, he does everything. He fixed our business building. He has installed carpets before. He is just very handy."
