"Noticed that water heater was beginning to leak. Not wanting to deal with the mess if it just gave up, contacted Roto Rooter through HomeAdvisor. Received a call back from Roto Rooter at 10:45. Arrangements were made, and the new water heater was installed by 12:45. Service that I am still working to get my head around."
