He immediately diagnosed the problem (knob on dryer was already stripped), switching another knob from the dryer itself that we weren't using for wrinkle setting. "Our induction range was having a hard time heating up the oven. We called Sears Appliance Service and they sent a technician out. The boy that showed up had no idea what was causing this. Called SLA Appliance Service and Andre showed up that same day. Took the control board out to test the power. Faulty control board. Had to send it out for refurbishment. Took about three weeks but when he put it all back together, it all worked! Andre is very good at this."
