"This is a wife & husband team. They called me in an hour. She arranged that both of them to see the job that afternoon. She gave a proposal & a price (which is very competitive) that Tue. They said they do work that Thursday. Thursday, two men showed up at about 830AM that started work, A three ft. X eight foot area was stripped bare-no bricks. That's what I wanted them to repair.
