"We had Top Service out in August 2016. We had just moved in and had two sewer backups the first week. We had another company come out and snake the line twice. Jesse came out to clean the pipes as we were told it was a grease buildup. He discovered that in fact there were two bellies in the pipe and it would continue to clog in that area and backup. He came back the next day with his crew and they dug down to the line and repaired the pipe, leveling it out for proper drainage. He was very thorough and spent countless hours doing the repair. This was a Sunday and they worked all day. We have never had a problem since then. We will definitely call them back out if we ever need service in the future."

"Gary was very responsive, prompt and professional from the first call until the job was complete. He came to my house and assessed the job, taking all measurements and gaining a complete understanding of what I wanted. He then helped me select just the right gas log set for my fireplace. Outside, I have a firepit that had an old corroded gas line. He suggested a solution for that, too. On installation day Gary showed up on time and had everything he needed. He put down runners and mats everywhere. I couldn't believe how diligent he was about taking care of every detail. I would, without hesitation, recommend Gary at Fireplace Technicians. "EZ Flow Plumbing was not the first company we contacted. we had a number of companies some out to address our problem and quote me an outrageous number to fix the problem. BUT, EZ Flow Plumbing was the most honest, affordable and reliable company!
After the initial appointment of finding the roots and clearing them out of the pipes they were very honest with telling me that if we don't fix this problem that it will come back and it will come back worse. They located the breakage in the pipe that was allowing the roots to come through and they told me my options. After speaking with my husband, we decided to do ahead and have them fix the problem. Brian and Jordan cleared the schedule for the next day and started the project. They dug a 3' x 2' hole in the garage above the problem pipe and were able to fix the piping put salt down to prevent the roots from growing back. They also refilled the hole and re-cemented the area.
After everything was fixed, covered and put back together they left and said if I was having any issues to call. Well, I did notice that my toilet (that had been sitting in the garage for a couple weeks) was leaking from under the tank. This was technically an unrelated issue, but I called them and they said they would come the next day to fix the issue at no additional charge. The problem ended up being something else (another washer to be replaced) so they had to come back yet again the following day once they had the right part. 
They went above and beyond what they should have and I am truly happy with the services they provided. I have a working downstairs bathroom without breaking the bank. I have piping in the ground that I hope wont break for years and years to come. And I now have a Plumbing service that I totally trust and will rely on for future jobs.

"Experts! Complete Professionals!  They bailed us out from another plumber  that left front sewer pipe not connected to house!  Cleaned up mess, fixed problem.  Cleared two major blockages between yard and city sewer line, and installed perma-liner.  Carlos' expertise and Albert and Calvin all were especially fantastic - they were hard working, super professional and Albert and Calvin did a great clean up at the end of a very long day. Others  who also came from Pioneer were professional and did a great job.  Left us a video of how the pipe looked inside afterwards, all the way to city sewer.  Three words - expertise, professional, hard working, (okay four words) - that says it all.  Recommend them highly and we will use them in the future for any plumbing repairs.
