"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. If you are torn about which company to use, I feel confident in saying that you will get quality work done without time wasted with these guys."

"I purchased a "deal" -4 hours of dry wall labor for $99. Having no idea how much dry wall can be fixed/replaced in 4 hours or what materials were needed, I requested that someone come out and let me know if what was needed (time and materials) to complete the job I had. The Just Do It office said no problem and I scheduled an appointment. The worker arrived on time but was not aware that he was only to provide an estimate. He was under the assumption that he was to do the work -- this was a subcontractor Just Do It uses in my area. It took about 20 minutes to clear up the miscommunication and the office explaining what is included in the "deal" and what isn't before the workman gave me  the estimates I asked for.
I scheduled another appointment to have the work done. In the meantime, I purchased the materials -- I didn't want someone who was skilled in fixing drywall to spend "labor time" going to and from Home Depot and then run out of time doing the actual work. The work was done well and mess was cleaned up.
So after a somewhat rocky start, I would use this company again. I would, however, suggest that the Just Do It scheduling office realize that some of us don't know the nuances of their business and work involved/allowed for jobs and to have a little more patience explaining why work requested is/is not a part of a deal.

"Goodfellas took care of us when we needed it! We had a pipe burst between floors in our multi-level house this summer, ruining our downstairs kitchen, and effecting some cabinetry in our upstairs kitchen. Once we got that clean-up out of the way and got the insurance claim started, we started shopping around for contractors that could help us out. We had three different estimates, but Goodfellas was the least expensive while still meeting all our needs. Our project manager Danny really set up a plan that would fix the damage, while also giving our upstairs kitchen a much needed facelift. His crew foreman Nir, and his crew—especially Arnold—was very helpful and efficient. It was easy to communicate with Nir via phone and text, and I would say I spoke to Danny via email at least a few times a week. Danny was really helpful in matching our new cabinets to the paint choice I had made for the remaining cabinets. They both made sure we were happy with each step and installment, or they fixed it until we were. We even ran into some insurance trouble midway through, putting a halt on our funds for the project. After explaining the whole nightmare to Danny, he was patient and waited with us until Nationwide could pull it together to help us finish this project. And once the final money was approved, Danny’s crew was quick to finish up the kitchen so that we could return once again to our normal lives. In short, they met our demands easily and did the project quickly and proficiently. Whenever there was a confusion or problem, it was easily communicated and handled. The crews were friendly and respectful of my family and house. Arnold went out of his way to make sure my kitchen upstairs was exactly how I wanted it, even down to giving me choice of threshold trim when he could have just slapped down any ol’ trim and I probably wouldn’t have noticed. And he always had a quick smile for my children. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work done in their home."

"I contacted Yari over the phone. Even though he was busy, he was very good about returning my call and scheduling an appt. He visited the property and keep me informed about the repairs since I don't live locally. Unfortunately, I was not able to see the work done. However, the tenant seemed happy and satisfied. "It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. "Bob is very fair. He replaced the tree and removed the dead tree. I insisted on paying half of the cost of the tree. We argued back and forth and he finally agreed to let me pay half. He is trying to earn a living after all....The tree he replaced is the same type as before and so far it looks great. I have had no problems. I would recommend Bob to anyone looking to do landscape or planting he seems very experienced and informed about his profession. Bob is easy to work with."

They were incredibly helpful and always responded to my questions. RC handled everything from start to finish, so I never had to worry about anything. I gave Sion a budget and a general idea of what I wanted, and he helped me design a kitchen that exceeded my expectations. My backyard is amazing with new pavers and gazebo. RC upgraded our pool and installed lights. Sion stayed within my budget and timeline. Every aspect of this renovation was handled with the highest level of care, responsibility and professionalism.
