He went over what was wrong, and that being over 20 years old, the AC unit was going to be more expensive to maintain and may not run for very much longer. Brian was upfront with all of the costs for a new unit, which we decided to go with, and gave a very reasonable price for the service. Brian and Angel came out and got the job done quicker than expected. They will be my go-to for heating and air from here on out. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Response within hours on a SATURDAY/ knowledge of problem EXCELLENT/ no price inflation/ very PROFESSIONAL/ extremely TRUSTWORTHY This is the response from my daughter on a visit at her home from Kermit. This was the 3rd plumber trying to fix a very routine problem. I had called two others that received good reviews but the job wasn't done due to failures on the other company's side.
