Larry immediately pinpointed and fixed the recurring problem I had been having with my unit - and did so even before the other company finally got back to me. It turned out to be the drain line hadn't been pitched properly when installed. Also, Larry told me I've been using the wrong size filter, and installed a correct one for me. Again, that dang company that installed the unit (LP??) never once told me it took an irregular size, and their techs were out here several times putting in the filters I provided. They sure lost me as a customer...and you better believe I will spread the word about how good Larry Trost is. Bottom line: great company - unbeatable customer service - excellent price - prompt and reliable - customer for life!!! Plus, when you use them, they won't try to upswell you like so many others do. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They came to the house 30 minutes after calling about a broken air-conditioner. This was about 7:00 in the evening. He was able to find the problem and repair it in approximately an hour.
