Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. He was knowledgeable and my husband and I felt comfortable hiring him. Mike and his son arrived pretty much on time and apologized for being a few minutes later than expected. They introduced themselves and got right to work; they went over what needed to be done after looking over everything. They finished the job in about two hours and went over in detail what they had to do and why in terms that was easy to understand. They were professional and did not leave anything behind to clean up; you would not even know they were there.
