Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"Great job! I had an emergency situation where I could not stop my tub from running without turning off the water supply for the whole house. I was grateful and surprised to get serviced in such a short notice. Zachary handled my repairs. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain thoroughly what needed to be done. He repaired 2 bathtubs and installed a water pressure valve in less than an hour and a half. Even provided a free water test that I knew I needed because I know have a hard water problem, which he confirmed along with options to remediate.
