Lisa remained communicative throughout the entire process. Tony and his team were true professionals. They arrived on time, explained the work to be performed as well as the steps they were taking along the way. They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend East Coast Comfort for simple repairs or a full system installation or anything in between!"

"Our central A/C broke and a repairman from the company we purchased it from 15 years prior told us we needed a new compressor. I put the project on Anji to get a few quotes for replacement, and rec'd a call minutes later. We set up an appointment set up for the next morning. Frank came and looked at our system, we told him what the other repair person had said, Frank (the owner of Old Skool ) did a more thorough look at the entire system, and within 45 minutes realized the problem was with one wire on the outside of the unit in our attic and not the compressor outside. He replaced the wire, and instead of a two to four thousand dollar replacement, it cost us a couple of hundred bucks. (The quote visit turned into the repair visit.) It's really easy to see that Frank is an expert and knows his stuff inside and out. He made a recommendation for a fix to prevent the issue from happening again. I was grateful and surprised to get serviced in such a short notice. Zachary handled my repairs. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and explain thoroughly what needed to be done. He repaired 2 bathtubs and installed a water pressure valve in less than an hour and a half.
