"From the beginning of the project to the end, the co-owners Ross and Andy and their diverse team of technicians and workers were professional, reassuring, prompt, and thorough. I particularly appreciated not only the diversity of their team but the camaraderie among them that led to efficiency and ease of service. They treated our house with respect, cleaning up after themselves at every step of the process and were trustworthy, as we needed to leave them alone in our home during most of the process. They even asked if they could use the restroom. On the way out, I mentioned a problem with my kitchen faucet and Ross stopped his exit, got down on the floor, found the problem and made the repair on the spot-no charge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves with an extensive and expensive home repair of this type. They were, in a word, TERRIFIC. And we now have a new plumber- thank you Ross."

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
