"Overall, this was a pleasant solution to a problem that wasn't going away. Scott was competent, neat, friendly, and an experienced professional. He arrived at the scheduled time with the tools to do the job. I've tried soldering before (not on this project) and can appreciate Scott's skill. He also took time to check out a questionable heating element in a hot water heater."

"This repair was a few years ago and has held up fine. The water service line from the water meter to the house was broken and leaking bad but no leak was visible on the ground. They found where the leak was, under the driveway, and replaced the water service line. They re-routed the line to a better spot and removed a non-functioning water softener and left that connection in place."

"We have had a horrible time with other providers regarding our water softener. This company was the only one to give us good advice and free of charge. If we would have called them the first time we would have definitely used their services instead of wasting our money on other providers that were useless. This company helped us by giving us free advice and tips on how we can fix the issues ourselves if we wanted to. They came out the same day and even followed up the next day.

"My irrigation controller blew up from lightning and need it replaced. Chris with Affordable Irrigation cam out on Father’s Day and started working on the repairs. Not only did he install a new unit, he replaced all the damaged wiring to the different zones and made sure everything worked properly including adjusting the spray nozzles. Chris did such a great job, I plan on getting on their yearly maintenance plan. The pricing was far less than expected. You will not be disappointed hiring these guys."

"We dealt directly with Steve. He 100% knows what he's doing. The city hires him for all kinds of things. We checked out quite a few competitors for water softener prices. Really no comparison. We ended up buying a water softener on Craig's List and then purchased the whole house filtration. Steve exceeded our expectations on the installation. YES I would use him again. Very knowledgable and competitive pricing."

"Cornerstone Pros' office staff, estimator, and installation techs were very professional and customer oriented in all contacts I've had with them. They installed a Bradford White water heater plus added an expansion tank to safely manage the water pressure. They replaced the old (plastic) PVC water inlet valve with a better brass valve and put on new stainless steel water supply flex lines. Their pricing is fair and workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend them."
