"Miguel was professional and upfront about the issues concerning the age of our garage door springs. Did not try to upcharge or scare us. Replaced the springs in my hot garage, but never complained. I will have him come back out next year to check the garage door and one item that he wanted me to watch."

"The door came in the wrong size at the first install, so had to wait a bit longer to get the correct size in, but it all turned out great and they threw in and outside keypad for the trouble. Love my new garage door..."

"I had an emergency when my garage door opener suddenly stopped working. I called 5 Stars Garage Doors LLC, and they were able to send a technician out the same day. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with options for repair or replacement. I opted to replace the opener, and the technician had the new opener installed in no time. The new opener is much quieter and more efficient than the old one. I am extremely satisfied with the prompt and professional service I received from 5 Stars Garage Doors LLC. They are now my go-to company for all garage door needs!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"I had them for 2 or 3 years. It's an insurance that you pay $30.00 or $40.00 a month. If you have any problems, you call, and they send somebody out to do the work. They charge you monthly. No matter what the problem is, the guy that comes out charges you $60.00. Weather he has to replace you refrigerator or water heater or what ever, he only charges $60.00. If it's your refrigerator, that is what they work on. If it's heating and air conditioning, that is what they work on. I don't know where they get their list of people to do their work, but the people agreed to only charge $60.00. I guess they pay them something, I don't know. Over all it's comforting to know that you have somebody  you can make one phone call to for several different things that might be wrong. It's kind of warming to know that you have that kind of service to back you up."
