He was clearly well versed in the subject matter and it was apparent that he is genuinely motivated by helping people with these sensitivities, even if it means his services are not needed. He took the time to answer all of our many questions. Because further testing must be done to determine what remediation would entail, we did not talk about cost. I can't therefore speak to how that might compare to others who offer similar services. What I can tell you is that I was very impressed. I can't imagine finding someone whom I felt more confident in as far as their knowledge and integrity. I am grateful to him for his generosity in time and for the direction he gave in how to proceed. "They were great - professional, quick, & efficient. The washing machine broke & flooded the kitchen causing the floor & walls to get really wet. Even though it was in the evening we still had a tech to our home within an hour or two. He assessed the situation & let us know how they could help get our home back to normal without ongoing issues or mold. They set up their equipment & came back a day or so later to check the progress. After a few days everything was back to normal. Thank you for your great service!"

They cleanup up the yard each day before departing (it's a messy job). Excellent service from the contracted Dumpster Gods and product delivery team (friendly service and made an effort to avoid any damage to the property). True-Built choose to start the project two days later, then originally scheduled, to avoid any damage from the rain (while the roof was off). I applaud them for the precaution!"
